50-Day Returns

Because we stand behind the quality of our products, we offer a 50-day risk-free return policy. You can return the product within 50 days of purchase as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and has no damage.

Product Guarantees

Breast pumps and bottle warmers : 24 months warranty from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship.

Replaceable Parts : 12 months warranty on parts such as shields, hoses, milk containers and silicone parts.

Accessories : 2 months warranty on other products, such as nursing bras.

Warranty conditions

Our warranty does not cover defects due to improper handling , rough handling , unauthorized repairs , or use other than as instructed.

Normal wear and tear , such as parts that wear out over time (e.g. batteries and breast pump accessories), as well as accidental damage and misuse , are not covered by the warranty.

In addition, we only cover products purchased through the Heymommies webshop . For products from external partners, please contact the respective seller for warranty claims.

Products purchased through unofficial channels or without a valid proof of purchase , as well as second-hand products and promotional gifts, are not eligible for the warranty.

How do you claim your warranty?

If your defective product or part falls within these warranty conditions, or if you are unsure whether this is the case, please contact us via the Contact page. Please include your proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the problem. Depending on the situation, we will offer a solution, such as replacement of the device, a new part, exchange for a product of equal value, or in some cases a full or partial refund.
